Order Processing and Shipping

After you place your order, our team needs 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your era-specific gear for its journey. We offer two shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): We ship via reliable carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your time-traveling attire. If your costume isn’t quite right, you can initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item(s).

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact Our Time Travel HQ at [email protected] within the 15-day window
2. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number
3. Let us know if you want a refund or an exchange (for exchanges, specify the alternative size or product)
4. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization and instructions
5. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached, include a copy of your order confirmation, and ship it to the address we provide

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

• Costume accessories that come in direct contact with the face or body (e.g., masks, beards, makeup)
• Intimate apparel items
• Any item that has been obviously worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be issued to your original method of payment
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the new item to you, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the error was on our end
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
• Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times
