Shipping Your Costume Time Machine

We know you’re eager to embark on your historical adventure. Here’s how we get your order to you:

  • Order Processing: After you place your order, our team needs 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your era-specific gear for its journey.
  • Shipping Methods & Timelines:
    • Standard Shipping ( $12.95 ): We ship via reliable carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
    • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. Delivery can sometimes be affected by factors like customs procedures (for international orders) and holiday seasons.

The Return & Exchange Portal

We want you to be completely satisfied. If your costume isn’t quite right, you can initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item(s).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Our Time Travel HQ: Email us at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Provide the Details: Let us know if you want a refund or an exchange. For exchanges, please tell us the alternative size or product you desire.
  3. Receive Your Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization and instructions on where to ship the item.
  4. Ship It Back: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and ship it to the address we provide.
Important Note on Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the new item to you, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the error was on our end (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Items That Cannot Be Returned (For the Safety of All Time Travelers)

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Costume accessories that come in direct contact with the face or body (e.g., masks, beards, makeup).
  • Intimate apparel items.
  • Any item that has been obviously worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refunding Your Treasure Chest

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
