However, we understand that sometimes a costume might not be the perfect fit for your historical transformation. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be as straightforward as stepping into one of our 1920’s flapper dresses or 1980’s neon outfits.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s). Please note that all returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start your return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] within the 15-day period. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number in the email.
  2. Provide Details: Let us know whether you’d like a return for refund or an exchange for a different size or item. If exchanging, please specify the alternative product you prefer.
  3. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely using the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to the address provided in our instructions.
Important Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you, but you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times (typically 3-10 business days)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Costume accessories that come in direct contact with the face or body (masks, makeup, etc.)
  • Intimate apparel items
  • Items that have been obviously worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition or missing tags
