How do I choose the right size?

We recommend carefully reviewing the detailed size chart provided on each product page. Please take your measurements and compare them to the chart for the best fit. Remember, our costumes are designed to reflect the styles of their respective eras, so cuts and fits may vary. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your perfect era, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your order history and save your details for next time!

What payment methods do you accept?

To make your transformation convenient, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. We also accept secure payments through PayPal.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Where do you ship from and to?

We ship from our warehouse at 180 Center Street, Manchester, US 06040. We are proud to ship our costumes globally! However, we are currently unable to deliver to Asia and some remote areas due to logistical constraints.

What are my shipping options and costs?

We offer two reliable options:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will arrive in 10-15 days after dispatch. Perfect for when you need it a little sooner!
– Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 days after dispatch. A great option for planners!

How long does it take to process my order?

Our team takes 1-2 business days to carefully check, pack, and prepare your costume for its journey to you. You will receive a tracking number via email once it’s dispatched.

I have a special event coming up soon. Can I get faster shipping?

Our Standard Shipping option is currently our fastest available service. We recommend placing your order as early as possible and selecting this option to ensure your costume arrives with time to spare for your big event!

What is your return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Please visit our dedicated Returns Page to initiate the process. You’ll need your order number and email address. Our team will guide you through the simple steps and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

What if my costume arrives damaged or defective?

We sincerely apologize if this happens! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage/defect. We will quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
